What Is Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of manual/hands on therapy that aims to help alleviate musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.

This is achieved by addressing the function of the body in a holistic way to ensure that not just the symptoms are being addressed but also potentially the causative factors of the condition.

About Josh

Josh has been working in Eastern Melbourne for a number of years now. Working previously in locations of Malvern and Surrey Hills.

Josh originally got into Osteopathy after spending much of his juniour years in and out of health clinics due to countless sporting injuries. It was seemingly only osteopaths who helped him get over a few tricky injuries and it is from this that the interest in helping others in a similar capacity started.

Having worked in clinical settings, with Police Victoria in an injury management capacity, with athletes for strength and conditioning purposes, with kids and young adults with autism, Josh prides himself on being able to help anyone with whom he treats, as no matter what the dysfunction or issue, there can always be a method to try and achieve some form of improvement
